Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how refund requests for VPNBeta subscription services are submitted and handled. Requests are made through the user panel, and order verification, requests for additional information, and outcomes are communicated by support ticket. When reviewing plan prices, you can also read this policy and the Terms of Service.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment. The request window is based on the record of your first successful payment, and the request date is based on when your support ticket is submitted. You do not need to provide a reason or complete connection troubleshooting first.

Refund requests for both monthly subscriptions and data plans can be submitted by support ticket. A renewal, upgrade, or additional data plan does not restart the first-payment window. If your request involves multiple orders, list each one separately to help us verify them. Requests submitted after the window are not covered by this commitment; you may still submit the details for support to review and explain the outcome.

Data Usage and Account Verification

Having connected to a route, imported a subscription, or used data normally is not, by itself, a reason to deny a refund requested within the window. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data plan allowances remain available until used and do not expire; however, this does not extend the refund window.

If records show usage beyond plan limits, an unusual charge, or a dispute about account activity, support will review the order, account status, and relevant records, then explain the basis for its findings in the ticket. The refund commitment sets no usage-percentage threshold, and no additional deduction condition is imposed on that basis. Account activity disputes and refund requests within the window are reviewed separately. Orders already refunded will not be refunded again, and payment status will first be verified for orders where payment did not complete.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and state that you are requesting a refund. Include your username, order number, payment date and time, payment method, and the plan covered by the request. If there were multiple payments, identify the relevant order to avoid affecting other services you still use.

If the order shown in the panel does not match the actual charge, you may provide proof of payment. Keep the transaction details needed for verification and conceal unrelated personal information. Do not share your account password, payment password, private key, or subscription URL. No email address is required to create an account. To help verify order ownership, submit refund requests through the original account whenever possible.

Support will respond in the ticket after verification. If more information is needed, reply to the same ticket. Keep a record of your submission. Before the refund is processed, you can confirm in the ticket which services and benefits are affected, so that a refund is not confused with pausing service.

Refund Routes and Payment Methods

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are returned through the original transaction channel where possible, rather than being redirected to a different receiving account by default. If the original channel cannot process the refund, support will explain why and confirm an available option with the requester after verifying order ownership.

USDT transfers do not have the same transaction-reversal process as Alipay and WeChat Pay. Include verifiable transaction records with your request. Confirm the refund network and receiving address in the ticket; the original sending address should not be assumed to accept refunds. Any exchange-rate or network-fee details will be explained and confirmed before processing. No fee standard or converted amount is assumed or promised.

Refund Timing and Status

Refund verification, payment-channel processing, and funds arriving are separate steps. Processing time depends on the completeness of the order details, payment-channel status, and transfer confirmation. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Confirmation in a ticket that a refund is eligible does not mean the funds have arrived; check the actual records in your payment account or at the receiving address.

If you have received a notice that the refund was processed but cannot see the funds, reply in the original ticket and check the payment channel and transaction records. Support can help verify the refund using available transaction evidence. If you disagree with the amount, scope, or outcome, add supporting information to the same ticket and request a review. Consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
